Water Softeners Installations

The water softener installation yesterday in Pine Colorado went well. No surprises.  It was a new residence on the side of a mountain with very hard water.  We also did the water heater installation late in the after noon in Commerce City Colorado.  That also went smooth. It was a busy day but no complications.

Water Heater Denver Installation

Chuck The Water Man has a water heater installation late today just north east of Denver.  In the Commerce City area.  The old water heater started to leak and the customer has requested our service to replace it. We appreciate the business and thank you very much.

Water Softeners Denver Installation

Chuck The Water Man will install a water softener just outside the Denver area.  Highway 285 south out of Denver has a significant amount of  Hard water, Iron water, sulfur water and a variety of  other problems. Our water softener installation today is specifically for hard water. This water softener installation will be located in Pine Colorado.

Water Treatment Companies

Where have all the water treatment companies gone.  Tough times have a way of weeding out the pretenders. Chuck The Water Man (that’s me) has been in this business for almost 28 years. I’m sure I have seen more than 100 “companies” come & go.  There are lots of different motives that bring people into this business but only one thing that keeps folks like me hanging around.  That’s my passion for business.  I Love It.  I think I must be the luckiest guy in the world.  I love the business, I love my customers and I love the day to day work. I love the challenges of problem water & I love solving the issues that surround a machine that’s not working right.  I love the diversity of different qualities of water I work with. And I am extremely fortunate to make a decent living doing something I enjoy every day. 

As the economy started to tank, our business slumped a little.  But as the economy got worse, our business began to grow at an alarming speed. Many of our competitors were closing their doors. It seems we have been the beneficiary or their weakness. We got more new equipment sales. But more significant is the service business we got.  Like anything mechanical, water systems need service on a regular basis.  All these dead companies left thousands of customers without service. Many, Many, Many of those customers have called us for that needed service.  They have found us to be dependable, reasonably priced and effective at repairing their equipment.  While many companies focused on Sales & Marketing, we focused on expert, professional service. Instead of telemarketing we got trained on service of various brands of equipment. Instead of learning a new “sales pitch”, we developed relationships with various manufacturers to acquire parts & material needed to repair many different kinds of systems.  It has been a blessing during the last year.  We are thriving. And we owe that all to our ever-growing, ever-loyal customers. Thank You !

Commercial Water Filter Service

This day was all commercial water filter service and commercial water softener service in Colorado. We provided salt delivery service to one warehouse store and several restaurants.  We changed water filter cartridges  at 4 restaurants.  In addition we serviced one residential Hague water softener and consulted on a leaky water heater that we will be replacing on Monday afternoon.  Phewww… Long day. Good to be home.

Water Filters in Colorado

Chuck The Water Man does Water Filters in Colorado.  Denver, Colorado and the surrounding areas use alot of water filters. Yesterday was a service day mostly for water filters northeast of Denver.  We services 3 water filter systems in Brighton, Colorado & Hudson Colorado. One required a replacement tank of carbon for sulfur water.  Another was a cartridge filter change on a whole house reverse osmosis system. And the third was a routine service on a large water filter for Iron water & sulfur water.We did another routine service on a water filter in Boulder Colorado. All in all it was a good day filled with happy customers.

Water Softener & Water Filter Service

Today is hectic but hopefully a shorter day than yesterday. Three routine water softener / water filter service calls along with a site inspection to move a previously installed Commercial Reverse Osmosis sysem to accomodate upcoming building modifications.

Water System Service

Yesterday was a water system service day. We serviced 2 acid neutralizers and did a major upgrade to a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater System.  The upgrade was awsome.  We added a secondary storage tank and 2 circulation pumps to the 3 Rinnais in the house.  Result…. outstanding !

Water Filter Service

It really is all about service. Today we will do 3 major water filter service jobs.  We will service acid neutralizers at two different locations and one service on a rinnai tankless water heater.  The two acid neutralizers are routine work. The rinnai service will be an scheduled upgrade. We are one of only a few companies that perform routine scheduled service for our customers in an organized manner.

Water Testing

Water testing is crucial to prescribing the proper water filter or water softener system.  For customers with private wells, we frequently do water testing and report back to the customer with the results.  Some testing we can do ourselves.  But it is common for us to send samples to an independent commercial laboratory. Today we report back to two such clients in Drake, Colorado.  We had sent their samples to National Testing Laboratories.  They will receive a 4 page report which we will discuss line by line.  We can provide you with such service.
