Water Treatment Companies

Where have all the water treatment companies gone.  Tough times have a way of weeding out the pretenders. Chuck The Water Man (that’s me) has been in this business for almost 28 years. I’m sure I have seen more than 100 “companies” come & go.  There are lots of different motives that bring people into this business but only one thing that keeps folks like me hanging around.  That’s my passion for business.  I Love It.  I think I must be the luckiest guy in the world.  I love the business, I love my customers and I love the day to day work. I love the challenges of problem water & I love solving the issues that surround a machine that’s not working right.  I love the diversity of different qualities of water I work with. And I am extremely fortunate to make a decent living doing something I enjoy every day. 

As the economy started to tank, our business slumped a little.  But as the economy got worse, our business began to grow at an alarming speed. Many of our competitors were closing their doors. It seems we have been the beneficiary or their weakness. We got more new equipment sales. But more significant is the service business we got.  Like anything mechanical, water systems need service on a regular basis.  All these dead companies left thousands of customers without service. Many, Many, Many of those customers have called us for that needed service.  They have found us to be dependable, reasonably priced and effective at repairing their equipment.  While many companies focused on Sales & Marketing, we focused on expert, professional service. Instead of telemarketing we got trained on service of various brands of equipment. Instead of learning a new “sales pitch”, we developed relationships with various manufacturers to acquire parts & material needed to repair many different kinds of systems.  It has been a blessing during the last year.  We are thriving. And we owe that all to our ever-growing, ever-loyal customers. Thank You !
